If you have a problem with any of our products or service, contact us and we will try to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. Returns must have prior approval. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any merchandise returned without prior approval. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and any further instructions. Shipping Charges are not refundable, and all returns will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
